Rob Portman Was Registered Foreign Agent For Haitian Dictator

According to Senator Rob Portman's 1985 foreign agent registration form , while working as a lobbyist at the firm Patton, Boggs, and Blow, Portman was a registered foreign agent on the behalf of the Republic of Haiti. In 1985 Haiti was ruled by the notorious Jean-Claude “Baby Doc” Duvalier, who was overthrown by a uprising in 1986.
